Midnight Eucharist of Christmas

Thursday 24 December - 11.30pm

We welcome everyone to join us for this beautiful service as we join together to celebrate the moment of Christ's birth with awe and wonder and great rejoicing.

All-age Christmas Day Eucharist

Friday 25 December - 10am

In an informal style, this service is particularly appropriate for children, as we explore together the joy of the birth of Christ in the stable at Bethlehem.

St Michael’s Church attendance registers

It is for Church Schools to determine admission criteria based on Church attendance in conjunction with the London Diocesan Board for Schools.  Parents should familiarise themselves with church attendance criteria applicable to September 2021 and beyond for both primary and secondary school places, including any updates as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic.

St Michael’s is open for public worship but in line with guidance from the Diocese of London, social distancing measures are in place in church.  This unfortunately restricts the number of people we can accommodate for our services and we would ask our congregation to be mindful of this.  For safety reasons we will not be able to allow people in when we reach capacity and we would encourage everyone to arrive in good time before the service noting that the church doors will be open from 09:30am.

We will be keeping the situation under careful review.  We will explore steps necessary to ensure that we can offer everyone, who wants to do so, the opportunity to join us in worship.

Sunday clubs will not be restarting for the time being.

Christingle Service

Sunday 20 December - 10am

Come and join us as we begin our 'Countdown to Christmas' with this service, which although different this year, still holds its simple appeal. A chance to learn again how some ordinary everyday materials can be transformed to bring the light of Christ into our lives - and raising money for the Children's Society too, as they help to bring the Christlight to those in need at this special time of year
