Remembrance 100 years on..........

To coincide with the 100th anniversary of the end of WW1 later this year, the people of the Parish are being asked to make a poppy which will be made into a display at School as a memorial to the brave men from St Michaels Parish (both Church and School) who fought in that war. It can be made from any material, knitted or crocheted, and no bigger than 10cm square. Be creative! Poppies should be given to Cate Brooks, by Friday 21 October please, in an envelope which includes your name

Harvest & Patronal Festival

Sunday 30 September - 10am

Come and join us for everyones  favourite festival as we give thanks for the many gifts we are given each day, and as a token of this give gifts of food for others in need. We break the Harvest loaf together as we rejoice that we are one body around God's table fed with the bread of life. Our service ends with a celebratory BBQ not only for Harvest but because it's also Michaelmas - our Patronal Festival.... even more cause for rejoicing!

Our Harvest gifts as always will go to Enfield Food Bank: Their requirements are... Tinned soup, Tinned vegetables and fruit, pasta/rice, non-perishable foods & baby goods
